The Registration and Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) are two programs at the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBN) that many registrants utilize on a regular basis. Anyone who conducts business with controlled dangerous substances is required to register with OBN. Additionally, prescribers and pharmacists are encouraged to utilize the PMP as a regular part of their practice.
